Celia G. Spiritos
Affiliated Counsel
Celia Spiritos is Affiliated Counsel to The Resolution Law Group,
plc. Ms. Spiritos has over 20 years of legal experience, and her practice
over the past 15 years has been concentrated in the area of intellectual
property law. She has counseled numerous companies in the fields of
technology, banking, telecommunications, retail, franchise and food
distribution in connection with their trademark, copyright and domain name
issues. In this context, she has assisted in the selection, protection and
maintenance of all sizes of trademark portfolios on an international and
domestic basis. She has handled related licensing and assignment issues and
has conducted intellectual property due diligence in connection with
corporate transactions.
Prior to working with The Resolution Law Group, plc., Ms.
Spiritos spent over seven years in the intellectual property department at
Hogan & Hartson LLP. Ms. Spiritos received her J.D. from the State
University of New York at Buffalo and began her career in the Division of
Corporation Finance at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Spiritos is a member of the Virginia Bar, the Bar of the District of
Columbia and the New York State Bar. |
